Return & Exchange Policy

At NEWZILL, we strive to provide our customers with the highest quality sports apparel and an experience that is unmatched. We know that nothing is perfect and sometimes things do not fit or work out as expected. That’s why we offer free returns and exchanges within 60 days of purchase.

If you would like to make a return or exchange, simply contact us for a return label before sending the item back within the 60-day window. We will take care of all return shipping costs as long as the items are in their original condition - unworn, unwashed, undamaged and with all tags still attached.

Once we receive your returned items, they will be inspected by our team to ensure they meet our criteria for returns and exchanges. For returns, refunds will be issued in accordance with your original payment method. For exchanges, we will send you a new item in exchange for your original product if it meets our standards for exchange. We want you to be satisfied with every purchase and we understand that returning items can often be confusing or frustrating. That’s why we make it easy to return unwanted items quickly and painlessly so that you can shop with confidence at NEWZILL!

 

How do I return or exchange my product?

You could simply send it back to us, addressed to “Newzill Return Dept.” at our corporate address. Be sure to include a note stating your order number as well as instructions on whether the product is a return or an exchange. If the product is an exchange, please remember to include what you would like it exchanged for, and if it’s a return, the reason why you are returning it is also needed.
